Refund policy

Returns.

All returns must be submitted within 10 days of your order being purchased. Past this time frame we cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit note.

Returns can and will not be processed without the physical goods or proof of delivery so please obtain tracking on your return parcel.

Returns will aim to be processed within 2 Business days of your parcel being delivered to our headquarters.

All return shipping costs are the consumers responsibility unless otherwise specified. 

 Faulty Products.

If you receive a product in which you believe is faulty. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at jonas-and-me@hotmail.com along with any photos of the faulty/damaged product. Our team will endeavor to do our best to have a replacement for all faulty items sent out to you as soon as possible. 

 Change of mind.

We understand that it can sometimes be difficult shopping online. If you change your mind, we can organise an exchange within 14 days of you purchasing your product. Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind however are happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Items must be returned to Jonas & Me in their original condition.

 Sale Items.

Jonas & Me do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 

How to return items.

Items need to be returned to Jonas & Me in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Items that have been used and or washed will not be eligible.
